President Jacob Zuma has confirmed that he will personally hold all incompetent or corrupt public servants accountable, failing which he will just hold them. "Sometimes a long, lingering hug is better than firing someone," explained the Presidency. "Accountability is so judgmental. Hugging is much nicer."
