I have for a good few years run a IRC bot called acrobot, entailing creating sentences made from given letters, this has proven to be a very successful irc time killer.
This was originally on the Lagnet network, but with connection issues from Intentional side I canned it and also stopped going to Lagnet.
Shawne, told me recently a lot of the old crowd are on chatters.co.za so I took a look and most acro players are there, so, I applied to host the bot on the network and it was approved.

I was thinking I should port the old trivia bot from Tcl to python, but I don’t quite have the time at the moment.
Was it a major pain to port the code?
THAT version aint done yet … brought extension of yours back up with mods again … users have asked for numerous features and im slowly getting through them …

I’m good. :-) Was looking at the trivia thing a little while ago and started looking into python modules for IRC, but then I realised how much time it would require and I played poker instead! haha!
